The love of detailing vehicles began for Miguel when he started detailing vehicles at the age of 12 to earn allowance. As years passed, what began a small money maker began to appear as a bigger opportunity. In 2008, as part of a school project in his small business management class, Krystal Clear Detailing became more of a reality. With a "clear" sense of direction and a desire to beautify vehicles, Miguel began to apply his "black car" expertise on his first professionally detailed vehicle, a black 1989 Nissan Sentra. And then, a second black car. And since then, Krystal Clear Detailing is sought after as the "GO TO" detail specialist in San Diego with his expertise in maintaining black and dark painted vehicles.
Along with the time and hard work that Miguel pours into the detailing for his happy customers, he is committed to give back to his community. Miguel generously volunteers and donates to Rady's Children's Hospital, Sharp Rees-Stealy Hospital and the Boys and Girls Club of South County.
